our client is an exciting digital entertainment startup with high profile venture capital investors is seeking a talented and motivated web quality assurance analyst to join our team on groundbreaking entertainment products.

responsibilities

• develop, implement and manage qa process for new product releases and existing web properties
• review use cases and develop an end-user test plan
  
• validate product documentation
  
• set up test environments, run test cases and regression testing
  
• manage bug tracking process across multiple projects and resources
  
• effectively communicate with engineering, product management, and editorial team
  

requirements

• working knowledge of html/css javascript (optional), and python(optional), os x, windows, linux, apache and bugzilla.
• understanding of the pitfalls of each browser ie 6 and 7, firefox, safari, opera, etc
  
• 3+ years experience in web environments
  
• bachelors degree in related area
