Responsibilities

• Develop affiliate marketing communications strategy, integrated with consumer marketing and programming initiatives
• Create, and manage multi-platform marketing efforts, which may include cross channel campaigns, grassroots promotional stunts and value added events
  
• Manage affiliate marketing budget and expenses
  
• Direct department Managers with a dotted line to the SVP of Marketing
  
• Host/moderate conference calls and in-person meetings with top affiliates, to ascertain individual marketing needs and present marketing materials and campaign ideas to increase promotional presence within the MSO, top systems or regions
  
• Track and analyze all campaign results, present findings and determine trends to update future campaigns
  
• Oversee creation of all affiliate communications relating to sales, marketing and operations, including but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, e-Communications, printed collateral materials. Update materials as necessary
  
• Work with 3rd party agencies to develop premiums for affiliate use
  
• Responsible for Affiliate Website and Newsletter
  
• Attend industry conventions and shows as necessary
  
• Manage National and Regional trade show participation
  

 
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing (or related area)
• Excellent communication skills and proven writing expertise
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• 5 years marketing experience within the entertainment and cable industry.
