Our client is currently looking for a Web Metrics Analyst to join their winning Digital Media team. Responsible for creating and interpreting web statistics in order to identify trends, support business analysis efforts and provide information to support search marketing campaigns.  In addition, this position will manage our user database and customer relationships marketing deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and drive the traffic for all client sites
  • Analyze site performance, identifying underperforming areas, search marketing effectiveness, and present recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement, configure, and customize various web analytics to meet reporting needs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting on website traffic
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting on online talent views and signups
  • Create presentations for CEO, board and advertisers based on findings
  • Manage content seeding and viral marketing campaigns
  • Manage CRM campaigns including newsletters
  • Look at partnerships and find new ways to drive traffic and awareness for the sites

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with digital marketing, business analysis and web analytics, and have a track record demonstrating initiative and drive is required.
  • Handle the implementation of Web Analytics
  • Mandatory 2 years minimum experience with Urchin, Click Track and Google Analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets and data manipulation necessary
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling
  • Ability to interpret data in context with site design is crucial.
  • Experience with any business intelligence platforms a plus
  • Excellent writing, analysis and editing capabilities
  • Ability to recognize, trouble-shoot, and correct data problems and inconsistencies
  • Detail-oriented, with high standards for quality of thinking and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Practical experience with statistical concepts
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize on tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
